Shipping Within the United States
JonRocket.com generally ships orders the same or next business day. Some orders, especially special requests and orders including out-of-stock items, may take longer. We will email you to inform you of any delays in shipping your order.
We usually ship using USPS, but other methods are used when appropriate.
We offer free shipping for orders over $40 (not including shipping or taxes). For orders of $40 or less, we charge a fixed shipping and handling fee of $8.95 per order.
Note: For a limited time, we are experimenting by offering a lower shipping and handling charge of $6.95. Orders of $40 or more still ship for free!
Shipping to Canada and Mexica
JonRocket.com generally ships orders the same or next business day. Orders shipped outside the US may take longer. We will email you to inform you of any delays in shipping your order.
We usually ship using USPS, but other methods are used when appropriate.
For orders shipped to Canada, we charge a fixed shipping and handling fee of $26.00 per order. For orders to Mexico, we charge a fixed shipping and handling fee of $36.00 per order.
Most orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped by USPS using Priority Mail International. For shipments to Canada, this means you will not have to pay the customs brokerage fee to the carrier. You will, however, still be responsible for any customs charges your country charges.
Large orders, or orders for large or heavy items may have to be shipped by UPS or Fedex. If that's the case, you will be responsible for any customs brokerage fees the carrier charges. We will notify you in advance if your order will require shipping by UPS or Fedex.
Shipping to Other Countries
Items purchased on this web site can only be shipped to the countries listed above. But, international shipping to several other countries is available from our ShopJonRocket eBay store using eBay's Global Shipping Program.
Currently we can ship items purchased on eBay to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Denmark, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Estonia, Australia, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Slovenia, Japan, China, Sweden, Korea, South, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Africa.
Returns Policy
If you receive a defective product or one damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@jonrocket.com before you attempt to return the merchandise. We will instruct you how to package and return the product for replacement.
JonRocket.com accepts returns of unopened, unused, and untested items within 30 days of the order being shipped. This means that an item must be in "sellable as new" condition.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on returns of opened or used products. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
In any case, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
